TOGETHER, we build strong relationships, authentic experiences, and a team ready for any challenge

For us, the annual team-building event represents much more than a few days spent away from the workplace. It is an opportunity to strengthen relationships among colleagues, encourage collaboration, and create the genuine connections that contribute, day by day, to the success of an organization.

Between June 5–7, 2026, colleagues from the #AlconorDrinks and #AlconorPetFood divisions came together in one of Romania’s most spectacular destinations – Red Lake (Lacul Roșu). Surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and the tranquility of the mountain region, this location provided the perfect setting for three days dedicated to teamwork, positive energy, and shared experiences.

 

The program began on Friday with a hiking trip that gave us the opportunity to explore the beauty of nature and spend quality time together in a different rhythm from our daily activities. It was a great occasion for relaxed conversations, discovering common interests, and strengthening relationships among colleagues.

Saturday was dedicated to group team-building activities, where teamwork, communication, and good spirits were highlighted through dynamic and adrenaline-filled experiences. Bob-sled rides and ATV adventures brought excitement, challenges, and countless memorable moments, once again demonstrating that the best results are achieved when people collaborate and support one another.

The final day offered a more relaxed pace through activities organized around Red Lake. In a remarkable natural setting, colleagues enjoyed moments of leisure and reflection, bringing to a close a weekend filled with fun, adventure, and shared experiences.

Throughout the event, participants enjoyed recreational activities, stunning scenery, and valuable time spent together, creating an atmosphere defined by energy, optimism, and team spirit.

Events like these provide a valuable opportunity to connect beyond our daily responsibilities and to build relationships based on trust, respect, and collaboration. Beyond projects, goals, and responsibilities, performance is built by people, and authentic relationships among colleagues remain one of the greatest strengths of a successful team.
