Contractul va fi atribuit ofertantului a carui oferta respecta toate cerintele solicitate prin prezenta documentatie si ofera pretul cel mai scazut. 4.OBIECTUL CONTRACTULUI Pentru atingerea proiectului vom achizitiona urmatoarele active corporale - LINIE DE AMBALARE SI SISTEM PALETIZARE. Linia de ambalare constă din diferite tipuri de echipamente definite de dimensiunile, capacitățile și materialul de ambalare (adică rola folie sau pungi prefabricate), necesare pentru impachetarea produselor la vrac sub forma granulata obtinute pe o linie de fabricatie de hrana uscata pentru animalele de companie, (caini, pisici si pesti) care cuprinde 24 de rezervoare de produse finite conform Layout. Cele 24 de rezervoare pentru produse finite se descărca in linia de ambalare prin 6 puncte de descarcare indicate in Layout – puncte denumite astfel: 1. Punct de descarcare pentru rezervoare: 01-02-07-08, 2. Punct de descarcare pentru rezervoare: 03-04-05-06, 3. Punct de descarcare pentru rezervoare: 09-10-15-16, 4. Punct de descarcare pentru rezervoare: 11-12-13-14, 5. Punct de descarcare pentru rezervoare: 19-20-21-22 6. Punct de descarcare pentru rezervoare: 17-18-23-24. Densitatea produselor de hrana uscata sub forma de granule este intre 350-550 gr. Forma si dimensiunea boabelor este intre 3-25 mm in functie de categoria de produs. Sistemul de paletizare colecteaza sacii ambalati la linia de amabalare descrisa in etapa de mai sus. Sacii ambalati sunt paletizati dupa cum urmeaza: 1. produsele ambalate de la echipamentele de ambalat E1-1.1A si E1-1.1B, sunt colectate in saci mari de catre E1-1.2, ulterior paletizate de echipamentul E6 si infoliate de echipamentul E8; 2. produsele ambalate de la echipamentele de ambalat E1-1.1A si E1-1.1B, E3 si E4 de gramaje mici sunt colectate si puse in cutii de carton cu echipamentele E5-A si E5-B, ulterior cu echipamentul E5-C paletizate iar apoi cu echipamentul E8 infoliate; 3. produsele de la echipamentul E2 se transfera direct pe paletizatoarele E6 si E7si infoliate de echipamentul E8; 4. produsele de formate mari de la echipamentul E3 sunt transferate la paletizatorul E6 si infoliate cu echipamentul E8. 5.VALOAREA ESTIMATA Valoarea estimata a achizitiei este de: 10.637.040,00 LEI (fara TVA) echivalentul a 2.162.000,00 euro euro, la cursul BNR valabil in data de 01.03.2023 (1 EURO = 4,9200 LEI). Pretul agreat este fix si nu mai poate fi ajustat. 6.DATA DE LIVRARE A ECHIPAMENTULUI Echipamentele achizitionate vor fi livrate în conditii FCA. Punct de destinație: CAREI, ROMÂNIA Livrarea se va efectua conform calendarul de livrare din Anexa 2 la documentatia de ofertare, astfel: 1. săptămâna 18-26 de la semnarea contractului - 1 paletizator (E7 din specificatia tehnica); 2. săptămâna 27 - 2 mașini de împachetat 3. săptămâna 28 – 2 mașini de împachetat 4. săptămâna 29 – 2 mașini de împachetat 5. săptămâna 30 – 4 paletizatoare, 1 înfoliator 7.PREZENTAREA OFERTELOR Documentatia ce trebuie avuta in vedere de potentialii ofertanti pentru realizarea ofertei poate fi solicitata prin e-mail la adresa document@alconor-company.ro, sau poate fi ridicata de la sediul solicitantului, respectiv: Municipiul Carei, Str. INVITATION TO THE PROCEDURE FOR CORPOREAL ASSETS ACQUISITION – PACKAGING LINE AND PALLETIZING SYSTEM1. INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROJECT ALCONOR COMPANY SRL intends to purchase packaging line and palletizing system in order to implement the “UNIT CAPACITY EXTENSION CAEN CODE 1092- MANUFACTURE OF PET FOOD PREPARATIONS” project, financed by the State aid scheme regulated by GD no. 807/2014. 3. APPLIED PROCEDURE The assignment of the supply contract shall be performed according to the internal procedure of ALCONOR COMPANY SRL. The contract shall be assigned to the bidder whose tender meets all the requirements in this documentation and and offers the lowest price. 4. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT To achieve the objectives of the funded project, we will acquire the following corporeal assets - PACKAGING LINE AND PALLETIZING SYSTEM The packaging line consists of different types of equipment defined by their sizes, capacities and packaging material (i.e., real/flat foil or premade bags). This line is necessary for the packaging of granulated bulk products obtained on a dry pet food manufacturing line (dogs, cats and fish) and includes 24 tanks of finished products according to Layout. The existing 24 final product bins are discharged in this packaging line through 6 unloading points are highlighted in the Layout. The 6 unloading points are named: 1. Unloading point for the Bins: 01-02-07-08, 2. Unloading point for the Bins: 03-04-05-06, 3. Unloading point for the Bins: 09-10-15-16, 4. Unloading point for the Bins: 11-12-13-14, 5. Unloading point for the Bins: 19-20-21-22, 6. Unloading point for the Bins: 17-18-23-24. The density of granulated dry food products is between 350-550 gr. The shape and size of the grains is between 3-25 mm depending on the product category. The palletizing system collects the bags from the packing line described in the stage above. These bags are palletized as follows: 1.the packed products from packaging equipment E1-1.1A and E1-1.1B are collected in large bags by E1-1.2, later palletized by equipment E6 and foiled by equipment E8; 2.the packed products from the packaging equipment E1-1.1A and E1-1.1B, E3 and E4 of small formats are collected and put in cardboard boxes with the equipment E5-A and E5-B, later with the equipment E5-C palletized and then foiled with equipment E8; 3.the products from the E2 equipment are transferred directly to the palletizer E6 and E7 and wrapped by the E8 equipment; 4.the products of big formats from the E3 equipment are transferred to the palletizer E6 and wrapped by the E8 equipment 5. Linia de productie va fi montata intr-o cladire avand suprafata de 58x14m² si inaltimea de 25-28m². Echipamentul linie de productie este prezentat in diagrama de flux. Conditii importante de respectat: 1. Incepand de la extruder pana la rezervoarele de produs finit, toate echipamentele sunt confectionate din otel inoxidabil 304 care intra in contact cu produsul si produsul finit (granule). In cazul elevatoarele si transportoarelor cu lant, doar carcasa este din otel inoxidabil 304. 2. Zona de descarcare a materiilor prime, toate elevatoarele pana la extruder, cele doua mori cu ciocane, al doilea sistem de macinare pentru particulele fine (hrana pentru pesti) si sistemul de mixare sunt echipate cu colectoare de praf si cu filtre de aer. 3. Colector de aer si sistem de evacuare care servesc: -extruderele; -uscatoarele; -racitoarele; -echipament de adaugare grasimi, uleiuri si substante palatizante. 4. Întreaga linie este controlată de PLC, începând cu descărcarea materiilor prime până la descărcarea produsului final.5.VALOAREA ESTIMATAValoarea estimata a achizitiei este de: 22.266.900 LEI (fara TVA) echivalentul a 4.499.181,67 euro, la cursul BNR valabil in data de 26.11.2021 (1 EURO = 4,9491 LEI). Pretul agreat este fix si nu mai poate fi ajustat.6.DATA DE LIVRARE A ECHIPAMENTULUIIn urma atribuirii contractului se va semna un contract de furnizare care va prevedea data de livrare a echipamentelor. Echipamentele achizitionate vor fi livrate in 80-90 de zile pentru prima livrare, respectiv 100-110 zile pentru a doua livrare, respectiv 125-135 zile pentru a 3-a livrare, respectiv 135-150 zile pentru a 4-a livrare din momentul primirii avansului integral, conform Anexei 3 din documentatie de ofertare. Essential criteria to fulfil: 1. From the extruder to the finished product bins, all equipment is made of stainless steel 304, which gets in contact with the product and final product (kibbles). In the case of elevators and chain conveyors, only the housing is made of stainless steel 304. 2. The raw material unloading area, plus all the elevators to the extruder, the two hammer mills, second grinding (for fish feed) and the mixing systems, are equipped with dust collectors and air filters. 3. Air collector and exhaust system that serves for: - extruders; - dryers; - coolers; - equipment for adding fats, oils and palatizing substances (coating). 4. The entire line is controlled by PLC, starting with the unloading of raw materials to the discharging of the final product.5.
